Make your own gin at home
Homemade gin is easier than you think. Add a bottle of inexpensive vodka to the botanicals, let it infuse, then filter and bottle. In a day or so you have a small-batch gin you made yourself, at a fraction of the price of the premium bottles. Every kit includes the juniper and botanicals, filters, funnel and clear instructions.
How gin making works
- Add a bottle of vodka to the botanicals in the infusion jar.
- Let it infuse, tasting as you go until the flavour is right for you.
- Filter out the botanicals and bottle your gin.
- Serve with tonic and your favourite garnish.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to add?
Just a bottle of vodka per batch. Everything else is included in the kit.
What vodka should I buy?
An inexpensive, unflavoured vodka is perfect. The botanicals do the work, so there is no need to spend a lot on the base spirit.
How long does it take?
Most gins are ready to drink within a day or two of infusing, and you control the strength of flavour by how long you leave it.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. The kits include the filters and funnel you need, plus clear step-by-step instructions.
How much gin does a kit make?
The starter and colour changing kits flavour a bottle per batch, while the Ultimate kit makes up to ten 700ml bottles.
