This website is operated by SL Farm Limited, trading as Sandy Leaf Farm. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SL Farm Limited. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.
Our products
Our kits are designed for home use. Please read and follow the instruction booklet supplied with each kit, including any safety information. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in packaging or contents may occur.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where a pricing error has occurred; if we do, you will be refunded in full.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is as described in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are handled as described in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Age restrictions
Some of our kits are intended for use with alcohol. You must be 18 or over to purchase these kits.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any disputes.
