Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and food safety reasons, food and drink kits cannot be returned once opened.

Please email hello@sandyleaffarm.com before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address and next steps. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or we have sent the wrong item, email hello@sandyleaffarm.com with your order number and a photo and we will put it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process it.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
