Make your own cheese at home with the Grand Cheese Making Kit, our biggest and most complete cheesemaking set. Forty tested recipes take you from simple fresh cheeses like ricotta, cream cheese and paneer, through stretched mozzarella and burrata, to pressed, brined and flavoured cheeses.

How it works: just add fresh milk and a little patience. The glass thermometer takes the guesswork out of heating, the moulds and cheesecloth shape and drain your curds, and the recipe book builds your skills section by section, from first curds to confident cheesemaking.

A seasoning collection of smoked paprika, chilli flakes, cracked black pepper and herb and garlic blends powers the flavoured recipes, from Italian herb halloumi to garlic and chive mozzarella.

The rennet is vegetarian, so every cheese you make is too. Developed and tested in UK kitchens by Sandy Leaf Farm using standard supermarket milk, and boxed ready to give as a serious foodie gift.
