This kit contains everything you need to become an ultimate meat LEGEND. You can make eight delicious types of cured, seasoned and dried meats. To get started just add 500g fresh meat per batch. We thoroughly test the recipes and include only the finest seasonings to ensure perfect results every time.
Each recipe requires 500g meat. A full list of the types and cuts of meat can be found in the instruction booklet in the kit. Remember to support your local butcher when buying your meat.
