Additional Hedgerow Wine Recipes

This page provides recipes for fruits and vegetables that aren't listed in our usual hedgerow wine instruction booklet. Use the quantities below and be sure to make a note of any special instructions.
Carrot wine: 
1.5kg carrots (cut and peeled)
1kg water
75g Raisins
Please note that you will also need to boil the carrots until soft, and then use both the carrots and the water in your wine. Allow the carrots and boiling water to cool before adding the yeast.
