Biltong Making Kit

After using this kit you will become a meat GOD, unlocking the secret to unlimited homemade Biltong. The kit makes two 500g batches. Unlike other DIY kit companies we don’t try to sell you expensive refill kits to make more, just take our instructions, add spices and go make the world a meatier place!

The way Biltong is made using this kit is essentially the same as how all Biltong is made. This kit simplifies the process somewhat by using a normal oven at a slightly higher temperature than would traditionally be used. We also avoid including any nasty preservatives in the seasoning blend, as much commercially made Biltong contains nitrites.
